Must be available to work morning shifts/able to fry donuts. (Will be trained!)

Job Description:

• Responsible for general day to day operation of the ice cream counter
• Greeting and serving customers – great people skills!
• Preparation of all menu items
• Preparation of Taiyaki batter, Taiyaki cone and Ice Cream mix
• Replenishing paper supplies and toppings
• Handling cash
• Maintaining cleanliness of the store
• Maintaining a clean personal appearance at all times
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
• Cleaning of equipment/store

Licenses: NYC Food Protection license preferred but not required
