Position Overview
The TG Technician researches and resolves technical problems of moderate complexity, typically escalated from first line support teams. Performs timely response and resolution to requests and incidents raised through various channels of support including but not limited to ticketing systems, email, chat, in-person, phone, etc. Create and maintain documentation of IT configuration, processes, and procedures.

Kiewit's Water Facilities South group is one of Kiewit's leading water/wastewater districts specializing in constructing water treatment facilities, wastewater treatment facilities, and desalination plants. Although we are headquartered in Dallas TX, with regional offices in Miami FL and Atlanta GA, we also pursue various projects stretching across the country. Responsibilities
• Provide deskside and remote support to Kiewit employees, Kiewit subsidiaries, partner, contractors
working for Kiewit and job site contractors.
• Provide customers with technical guidance or direction on projects.
• Procure hardware and software.
• Install hardware.
• Manage incidents and fulfill requests within agreed upon service level agreements (SLAs)
• Respond to all assigned tickets in a timely manner.
• Properly record and update pertinent information in ticketing system and knowledge base.

• Plan work in a proactive and organized manner.
• Provide customers technology guidance or direction on projects.
• Prioritize and organize work to meet requirements, goals and deadlines.
• Identify potential risks and roadblocks.
• Provide clear, relevant, consistent and proactive communication with all stakeholders.
• Lead or participate in various KTG initiative or projects.
• Troubleshoot conference room audio visual issues.
• Vendor management.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
• Must possess a high level of accountability for work performed or decisions made in relation to tickets,
projects or other tasks.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are required, including the ability to communicate
clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Recognize and escalate issues, risks and/or concerns in a timely manner.
• Work well individually and with teams.
• Capable of using attentive and active listening skills to gather requirements and assess situations.
• Must have good organizational skills.
• Must have good attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to lift and move heavy objects (40+ lbs).
• Proficient with Microsoft Operating System and Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.
• Proficient with iOS devices and setup
• Can travel for various lengths of time.
• Can walk for various lengths of time.
• Understand Kiewit's safety culture in the field.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
Preferred
• Experience with ticketing system. ServiceNow ticketing system preferred
• Experience with installing and troubleshooting computer software and hardware preferred
• Bachelor's Degree

• Work productively and meet deadlines timely
• Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment
• Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.
• Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required.

Base Compensation: $43,049 - $66,112
(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
