Position: Textile Marketing Assistant

Job Description:
Wazoodle Fabrics is seeking a proactive and innovative Textile Assistant to join our vibrant team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about textiles and e-commerce, eager to contribute to and grow with our online marketplace. You will collaborate closely with our team to enhance our online presence, ensuring an engaging and seamless shopping experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to maintain and update our e-commerce platforms, ensuring product listings are accurate and appealing.
• Assist in the development and execution of online marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
• Engage with our online community, responding to customer inquiries and feedback.
• Monitor website performance and user engagement metrics, suggesting and implementing improvements.
• Support the management of online inventory and order fulfillment processes.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of online content, including product descriptions, blog posts, and promotional materials.
• Ensure the online representation of our products aligns with our sustainability values and textile standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify, and familiarity with online systems.
• Background or significant interest in textiles, with a keen understanding of textile products and the textile industry.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and contribute ideas in a fast-paced setting.

Training & Evaluation:
New team members will undergo thorough on-site training to master essential skills such as inventory management, customer order fulfillment, and merchandise handling. An evaluation will be conducted during the first week to ensure a mutual fit for the position.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
