Follow direction, share creative ideas, and take ownership of specific customer accounts.
Mastery of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator required with comfort level.
- Experience and knowledge of bedding industry standard and production requirements.
- Ability of work closely with sales team to develop customer presentations with CAD artwork, presentation development & planograms.
- A keen eye for color and design salability into the mid-tier market
- Exceptional attention to detail and technical design skills to create production ready artwork
- Build, maintain, archive, and share electronic files systematically on our server
- Display a professional, creative, and enthusiastic outlook
- Prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to develop presentation ready artwork without close supervision
Requirements and Skills:
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional design experience within the soft home fashions space
- Must possess an outstanding sense of design and creativity.
- Knowledge and experience directly in the home fashion textile industry
- Superb organizational skills and attention to details
- Clear understanding of preparing print-ready artwork and specs for production
- Ability to correspond with overseas teammates and factories to finalize sample/production requests.
- Experience with fashion bedding ,quilt, sheets, and woven is a must.
- Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite
- Must be located in New York City metro area and willing to work in the office in accordance with the current company rules.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
