Form of workTekCom Resources is seeking a Texas Director of Fiber Operations for a fast-growing, outside plant construction firm in the Dallas area!
The ideal candidates will have a background directing all aspects of OSP/Fiber construction projects to ensure schedules, budgets and contractual commitments are being met. You'll provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to construction personnel and OSP vendors.
This is an entrepreneurial, new-build environment that will allow you to create policies, procedures and solutions that make sense to expedite deployment.
Target compensation: $125-$140K DoE plus bonus incentive, and a company vehicle will be provided.
Duties
- Forward facing interactions with senior leadership on our side and the customer side.
- Overseeing all day-to-day construction and working within SOPs
- Overseeing the compilation of invoices and as-builts
- P&L responsibility and minimum profitability
- Growth and development of Sunrise managers
- Process improvement as necessary
- Market growth where possible
- Vendor management
- Travel between markets as necessary and needed
