Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for Third ShiftMachine Operators in Fall River, Massachusetts. These are long term opportunities for Temp to Hire. Hourly pay rate is $18.75 for second or Third Shift and $16.75 for first shift. Some (not all) roles require lifting up to 50 pounds and pulling up to 30 pounds repeatedly. The anoloty to read and write English, and basic math skills are required. A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.

- 1st Shift - 6:55 AM - 03:20 PM
- 2nd Shift* - 3:20 PM - 11:50 PM
- 3rd Shift* - 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM - Monday night through Saturday morning *Must be able to train on first shift for at least 3 weeks.
Responsibilities include: - Following all safety guidelines including wearing personal protective equipment.
- Performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Carefully following instructions and being willing to learn new skills (cross-training).
- Performing cleanings and basic preventative maintenance and assisting with repairs as needed.
- Reviewing products for defects.
- Reading job specifications to determine machine adjustments and materials required.
- Documenting production information.
