Job Title: Tester (Data Migration)
Location: Remote (100%)
Duration: Longterm

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Understand data flows for both as-is (source) and to-be (target) scenarios.
Create well-defined and comprehensive test scenarios.
Prepare test data for accurate and thorough testing.
Collaborate closely with developers to understand, learn, and develop effective testing strategies.
Engage with client/business stakeholders to understand and learn essential aspects of what needs to be tested.
Play a vital role in defect triage and contribute to strategic test planning.
Execute tests and meticulously document results.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on testing experience.
Active IRS MBI strongly preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to consume mapping documents, system specifications, design documents, data models, etc.
Proven self-starter with the ability to identify information gaps and escalate as needed.
Proficiency in backend and data-related verification and testing.
Additional Qualifications:
Proficient in SQL, ELM, JSON, or XML.
Experience in Data Migration, reporting, or ETL projects.
Clearance:
