Test And Validation Technician

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring an experienced 1st shift Test and Validation Technician for an industry leader in the engineering, design, manufacturing and assembly of clean vehicle technologies in Lake Forest, CA. For immediate consideration, apply today.

Responsibilities:

• Development and maintenance of test facilities including test cell setup and trouble shooting.
• Development of test procedures, plans, and reports.
• Ability to diagnose component and equipment related technical problems
• Conduct/standardize tests as required to validate the operation of components.
• Based on test results, provide feedback to the component engineers to improve component performance, reliability or safety.
• Collect test data, evaluate and report the test results as required.
• Specify testing equipment and initiate the acquisition of the equipment as required.
• Coordinate testing requirements with contractors when in-house testing is not available.

Requirements

• 5 years experience or equivalent in the field of testing and Validation of mechanical components.
• Principle and techniques of environmental test engineer
• Understanding of automated hydraulic systems
• Industry codes & standards for test procedures
• Computer & data acquisition skills
• Time and project management skills
