Position Summary: Concealed Coalition, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Training Director to oversee training operations and recruitment efforts in the designated territory. Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, the Territory Training Director will play a critical role in expanding Concealed Coalition's training footprint, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and train certified instructors to conduct concealed carry classes within the assigned territory.
  • Secure partnerships with firearm ranges and manage payments as necessary.
  • Expand or adjust class offerings based on customer demand and acquisition.
  • Teach concealed carry classes as required within the territory.
  • Present sponsored products in a positive and informative manner.
  • Maintain the highest standards of safety in the classroom and during live fire exercises.
  • Travel to participate in events and seize growth opportunities.
  • Manage classroom equipment setup, teardown, and storage.
  • Ensure curriculum compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
  • Conduct post-class follow-ups with instructors to enhance the student experience.
  • Address unforeseen issues and setbacks with resilience and decisiveness.

Requirements:
  • Current state-certified/licensed firearms instructor with all necessary certifications.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent public communication and teaching skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer and video equipment.
  • Ability to obtain standard firearm instructor liability insurance.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Preference given to candidates residing in the Mountain Time Zone.
