Pay
$20 - $22 per hour - will vary depending on experience, existing license(s), accreditations, etc.
Duties
Termite professional will perform inspections and execute termite baiting installations for residential and commercial clients
Deliver consultative and informative customer visits/sales calls with the utmost professionalism
Address and alleviate customer concerns as it pertains to termite related issues and solutions
Maintain and care for company equipment, vehicle and gas card and other job related items.
Continually stay up to speed on latest industry trends and training, specifically pertaining to termite control
Manage and process termite programs and service agreements accordingly to state requirements and Hawx protocols
Execute termite graphs and proper treatment recommendations for both preventative and active termite situations
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Must be 21 years or older
Pass required background check and drug screening

On the road - customer facing
Outdoors through all four seasons
Branch location when necessary for training, product replenishment, etc.
