Payne Pest Management is currently looking for a TERMITE INSPECTOR for our San Diego office. You must be customer focused, with strong communication skills and a great work ethic.
A Renewal/Termite Inspector is responsible for maintaining a working partnership with commercial properties, homeowners, and property managers. A renewal / Termite inspector will complete inspections of commercial and residential units with the purpose of identifying wood destroying organisms, completing diagrams of inspected property, and making proposals and presentations to obtain sales contracts.
A Well Qualified Applicant Will Possess the Following Qualities:
• Branch 3 Field Representative License a plus
• Construction experience is a plus
• Ability to thoroughly inspect residential and corporate properties
• Possess a clean driving record (H-6 DMV printout required)
• Pass a background check and pre-employment Physical.
