Position Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, maintain and communicate company core values, vision and culture
- Solid understanding of general business management principles and practices involved in managing a day-to-day operation
- Provide initial training for new technicians
- Train branch staff to Company policy's
- Supply continuing up-to-date training of branch personnel
- Assist with problem-solving
- Be knowledgeable and follow all State regulations and safety procedures
- Have an expert knowledge of pest/termite control techniques, chemicals and supplies
- Be knowledgeable regarding services, programs, policies and warranties
- Perform quality control inspections
- Communication: Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
- Customer Service: Strong internal and exterior customer service skills
- Basic computer, email and word processing skills
- Ability to work in a team-based environment with good judgment and decision-making ability
Qualifications:
- Possess a valid drivers license and a clean driving record for company insurance purposes
- SPCB Branch 3 Field Reps license
- SPCB Branch 2 Field Reps license
- Pass a pre-employment physical
- Be able to crawl into sub-structures and attic spaces
- Be able to bend, kneel, crawl and crouch, to reach and to stand for extended periods of time
- Be able to safely climb ladders up to 32 feet
- Lift, push, pull and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Licensed Branch 2 & 3 Field Rep..
- A valid California drivers license and good driving record.
