Managed by Montage International, Spanish Peaks is a private community situated on 3,500 acres nestled at 7,700 feet in stunning Big Sky, Montana. We are about 40 miles away from Bozeman, Belgrade, and West Yellowstone, Montana.
The Tennis Professional is responsible for but not limited to assisting with equipment, tennis, and pickleball operations . Additional duties include, but are not limited to:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Some tasks are performed outdoors in variable weather conditions, including hot, cold, windy and wet weather. Temperature can be extreme but is usually moderate. While performing the duties of the job, the employee is required to reach with arms and hands; bend and stoop; remain at post standing for extended periods of time; required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Tennis Professional

The Tennis Professional is responsible for but not limited to assisting with equipment, tennis, and pickleball operations . Additional duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assist members and guests with all equipment needs.
- Assist with all department facility and equipment maintenance.
- Provide the members and guests with appropriate property information
- Teach private, group and special event lessons and clinics for children and adults.
- Maintain and organize facility linen needs.
- Complete opening and closing procedures
- Complete daily departmental procedures
- Assist with activity programming for camp, holiday, weekly and special events.
- Assist with organization and inventory.
- Assist with scheduling of Racquet Club amenities, lessons, clinics and events.
- Assist with making reservations for members and guests
- Properly Check in members or guests
QUALIFICATIONS
- College Degree or educational equivalent preferred
- 2 years of managerial experience
- Hospitality experience is a plus
- Strong passion for customer service; experience handling and resolving guest concerns in a timely manner
- Strong verbal communication skills-ability to communicate effectively with members, guests and vendors
- Able to perform back to back hitting lessons
- Valid Driver's license
- Able to work independently or with a team
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications
