Spherion Staffing has a temporary Payroll Coordinator position available for 3 months. This position will be responsible for answering tier 2 incoming calls and tickets from current and past employees and retirees. Pay $20-22/hour DOE
Responsibilities:
-Answer calls to identify and address employee stakeholders to address their needs and/or assist with inquiries
-Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions and ensuring that they feel supported and valued
-Engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information
-Utilize software, databases, scripts and additional tools appropriately
-Redirect clients to appropriate department and teams when necessary
-Ensure all voicemails are answered timely
-Collaborate with other company departments when needed
-Follow all communication procedures, policies and guidelines during every client interaction
-Coordinate with field HR business units unemployment claims requests and disputes
-Utilize the third party administration online website for reporting and process administration
-Coordinate with third party vendor continuous training opportunities and processes improvement collaboration meetings
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

-High School Diploma; an Associate's degree in Accounting / Finance is preferred
-1-2 years??? experience, preferably in a payroll or accounting support role
-Possess excellent customer service and communication skills
-Ability to multitask
