Temporary Part-Time Pressure Washing Technician

Position Type: Temporary (3 months), Part-Time

Schedule: Saturdays (7 a.m. until finished) and Sunday Nights (10 p.m. - 4 a.m.) weekly

Compensation:

• Sunday Nights: $200 per shift
• Saturdays: $15 - $16 per hour

Job Description:

We seek a reliable and diligent Temporary Part-Time Pressure Washing Technician to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work on weekends, primarily on Saturdays and Sunday nights. As a Pressure Washing Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and aesthetics of various surfaces for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Pressure Washing equipment to clean and restore surfaces, including but not limited to sidewalks, driveways, decks, and building exteriors.
• Conduct pre-job inspections to assess surface conditions and identify areas requiring special attention.
• Mix and apply cleaning solutions safely and effectively.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed to prevent accidents and damage.
• Maintain equipment by cleaning, performing routine checks, and reporting any issues to the supervisor.
• Complete work assignments in a timely and efficient manner.
• Communicate effectively with the team to coordinate tasks and ensure a smooth workflow.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries or concerns professionally.
• Adhere to all company policies and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with Pressure Washing is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and maneuver equipment and materials.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be available to work on Saturdays (7 a.m. until finished) and Sunday nights (10 p.m. - 4 a.m.).

Additional Requirement:

• Proficiency in Using Fire Hydrants: The Temporary Part-Time Pressure Washing Technician must have the knowledge and experience to effectively and safely use a fire hydrant as a water source for Pressure Washing operations. This includes connecting hoses, controlling water flow, and following local regulations and guidelines for hydrant usage. Proper training and certification in hydrant operation are highly desirable.

This requirement is crucial for ensuring the technician can access a reliable water source during Pressure Washing tasks and adhere to all safety and regulatory standards related to fire hydrant usage.
