Job Description
Ag Processing Inc (AGP) is currently seeking a Temporary Material Handler to join our team at our Refinery in Eagle Grove, IA! This person will be responsible for loading/unloading of bulk materials. Employees will perform other tasks relating to shipment of products, including gauging or sampling materials for quality.
Responsibilities:
- Loads and unloads materials into and from vehicles. Weighs incoming and outgoing trucks.
- Operates vehicles and moves controls and observes gauges to measure, mix, and regulate chemical, liquid, or bulk solids transfer.
- Cleans and maintains material handling equipment.
- Moves materials from storage or work site to designated area, using hand truck, forklift, pallet jack, or other device.
- Maintains inventory, records and location of equipment and materials moved.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
- Able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
- Must be able to read and must have basic math skills.
- Skill in written and oral communication. Must be able to write legibly.
- Must be able to take initiative and be a team player.
- Must be able to understand and follow safety procedures.
- Ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and various business contacts in a courteous and professional manner.
