- Review, research and resolve case work as assigned
- Review and process requests, such as credit appeals, discharges cases and FAFSA filings
- Respond to customer emails and/or chats
- Ensure customer communication is documented as needed
- Accurately entering information into various computer programs
- Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers.
- Assist with CSR functions on an ad hoc basis as needed to meet established metrics by client
- Scheduled around 30-40 hours per week, based on client needs.
Position Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills in relation to business procedures/documentation
- Successful in identifying and solving customer related problems
- Enhanced Communication skills both written and verbal
- Highly motivated to learn new systems and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Written Comprehension - The ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.
- Written Expression - The ability to communicate information and ideas in writing so others will understand.
- Clerical - Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology
- Computers and Electronics - Basic computer software program knowledge to include Outlook, Excel, PDF, Word etc.

Physical/Mental Demands
- Physical Demands - While performing the duties of this role, an employee is frequently required to sit, talk, or hear, in person and by telephone; use hands to operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk and to lift and carry reports and records weighing up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
- Mental Demands - While performing the duties of this role, employees are regularly required to use written and oral communication skills; read and interpret data, information, and documents; analyze and solve problems; observe and interpret situations; learn and apply new information or skills; perform highly detailed work on multiple, concurrent tasks; work under intensive deadlines; and interact with vendors and staff in the course of work.
Required education and experience
- Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
Security Clearance Requirements:
- Must be able to pass Federal Background Screening and/or State level criminal backgroundscreening.
