PURPOSE & SCOPE OF THE POSITION:
We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Janitor. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. The Janitor will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, company vehicles, bathrooms, kitchens, and public areas.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform general clean-up of all areas of the building and/or company property as directed.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the assigned areas.
- Ensure that cleaning supplies are stocked.
- Remove garbage as needed.
- Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests.
- Perform other duties as directed.
- Willingness to perform other duties as necessary to ensure the success of KGHM.
- Follow safe work procedures and best practices.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE & TRAINING:
- Previous janitorial experience.
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Ability to work well under minimal supervision.
- Capacity to take direction.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A valid Driver's License.
