Status: Part-time, Temporary $25/HR
Schedule: 18 hours/week: 3 days
Reports to:Assistant Director, Internship Programming
Direct reports: None
Start date: Monday January 8, 2024 - Friday, May 31, 2024
Location: Chicago, IL USA (hybrid); one day in office (typically Thursdays)

Essential job responsibilities & duties:
- Conduct incomplete application/missing document calls & emails
- Perform data entry (Airtable database)
- Communicate with students via email and phone regarding general program questions and reminders
- Assist in drafting arrival and emergency call coverage communications
- Take meeting notes; coordinate action items
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Experience & Qualifications/Skills:
- Strong written and oral skills.
- Experience in administrative support.
- Ability to demonstrate values and promotion of diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racism required.
Education:
- Associates Degree required.
