As a Short-Term Temporary Bookkeeper, your primary responsibility will be to reconcile bank statements and credit cards for the past 6-7 years. Your role will also involve generating detailed profit/loss statements for each year. The key responsibilities include:
Reconciling Bank Statements and Credit Cards: Each year needs to be reconciled by year, not by month.
Reviewing and analyzing bank statements and credit card transactions.
Ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Identifying discrepancies and resolving any issues.
Utilizing QuickBooks Online for efficient and accurate reconciliation.
Providing Yearly Profit/Loss Statements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial record-keeping, preferably in a similar reconciliations role. MUST have complete knowledge and command of Quickbooks Online.
Complete familiarity with QuickBooks Online and demonstrated proficiency in using the software.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Please note that this is a temporary position, and the estimated duration is approximately 2-3 weeks. The selected candidate will work in-house at our New Canaan, CT location.

Pay: $28.00 per hour
