Temporary General Laborer

At NRI Industrial Sales, safety is our priority. Our job sites have sanitation stations, and regular cleaning is undertaken to ensure the health of our workers. Employees are required to wear face masks or coverings, in compliance with Ohio State, and physical distancing is practiced in the workplace.

Position Summary
As a General Laborer, your primary responsibility is to support various tasks in warehouses, construction sites, and factories. You collaborate with other crew members to ensure projects are completed on time. Here are the key aspects of the role:

Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:

• Picking, packing and loading inventory.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Experience: Preferred experience of at least 2 years in warehouse picking/packing/loading.
• Language: Proficient in reading and writing English.
• Physical Requirements: You should be able to lift 50-75 lbs occasionally and be comfortable with walking, standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.

While forklift experience is beneficial, it’s not necessary for this role. Your commitment to safety, stamina, and ability to follow instructions are critical attributes.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
