The Department of English at Kutztown University invites applications for three temporary, full-time positions in Composition to begin Fall 2024. The positions comprise four sections of COMP 100 in Fall; and Spring load will likely also include COMP 200. In accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement, performance review and evaluation of faculty is based on effective teaching and fulfillment of professional responsibilities; continuing scholarly growth; and service. Required: a Master’s degree in English, Composition, Writing, Communications, or a related field; and one year of teaching experience in Composition or First-Year Writing. Preferred: doctorate.
