JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Primary Role - train/instruct other current technicians in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) solutions, ABInBev PLC Standards, and other production solutions.
- Support, troubleshoot, improve, and maintain technical training lab equipment
- Participate in new training curriculums development to meet the training demands as required
- Provide backup training support for other training sessions when necessary
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- PLC programming and troubleshooting experience required.
- 10+ years industrial electrical/programming experience or two-year technical degree preferred
- Ability to instruct multiple curriculums for class sessions of 12+ attendees at any given time.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems, identify root causes (e.g. six sigma analysis) and propose and implement remedies
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
- Adhere to lab and plant safety and 5S requirements
