Temporary Doorperson/Porter

Luxury residential property management company is looking to fill a temporary Porter/Doorperson role in the Upper East Side of Manhattan. The ideal candidate is someone who has prior residential building experience, has a professional demeanor, and can provide exceptional hospitality service. Experience using BuildingLink is a plus.

Job specific duties include but are not limited to:

• Welcoming residents and guests
• Receiving packages and deliveries
• Maintaining a tidy front desk area
• Removing trash/recyclables
• General cleaning and maintenance
• Preparing apartments for occupancy
• Assisting residents as needed

Basic Responsibilities:

• Comply with company policies, practices and procedures.
• Represent company as a professional in appearance and manner.
• Communicate written and oral communication at the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
• Perform quality and quantity duties as expected for position.
• Complete company required training courses as assigned.

Basic Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED
• Able to read and observe surroundings.
• Able to physically perform duties at the speed, mobility and force necessary.
• Execute tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Perform responsibilities with honesty and integrity.
• Maintain a professional level of stress tolerance.
• Possess ability to adapt to changing environment.
