Temporary Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Call Center Representative to help our team! You will be responsible for assisting customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:

• Handling customer support inquiries for products, services and policies through the toll-free line and via email.
• Serve as a point of contact (POC) to answer policy, product and processing questions from our internal customers. Assist with training and coaching as needed.
• Proactively responding to customers that submit Customer Service complaints or product flaws through the product review process.
• Identifying and recommending process improvements in day to day operations both departmental and interdepartmental.
• Additional responsibilities as needed.

​Qualifications:

• Experience in a consumer call center handling a high volume of calls, emails and chat sessions.
• Clear and concise written & verbal communication skills.
• Excellent Customer Service skills & customer focus.
• Detail-oriented and effectively manages work & time to produce desired outcomes and to meet service level goals and customer expectations. Displays a sense of urgency in prioritizing and completing tasks.
• Interpersonal skills - interact positively with a variety of personalities & cultures to produce required business results for both the customer & the company.
• Superior decision-making skills.
• Critical thinking / problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of the Freshdesk and Shopify platform a plus.
