Job Description
We are seeking a Call Center Representative to help our team! You will be responsible for assisting customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer support inquiries for products, services and policies through the toll-free line and via email.
- Serve as a point of contact (POC) to answer policy, product and processing questions from our internal customers. Assist with training and coaching as needed.
- Proactively responding to customers that submit Customer Service complaints or product flaws through the product review process.
- Identifying and recommending process improvements in day to day operations both departmental and interdepartmental.
- Additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a consumer call center handling a high volume of calls, emails and chat sessions.
- Clear and concise written & verbal communication skills.
- Excellent Customer Service skills & customer focus.
- Detail-oriented and effectively manages work & time to produce desired outcomes and to meet service level goals and customer expectations. Displays a sense of urgency in prioritizing and completing tasks.
- Interpersonal skills - interact positively with a variety of personalities & cultures to produce required business results for both the customer & the company.
- Superior decision-making skills.
- Critical thinking / problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of the Freshdesk and Shopify platform a plus.
