Bishop & Company is seeking an Admin Assistant to help support a VP in a large healthcare establishment in the downtown, Honolulu area.
Administrative Assistant
Duties:
- Supply ordering
- Answering phones
- Fax, triaging as appropriate
- Expense management
- Travel booking
- Calendaring
- Clerical experience, customer service, or hospital/medical office experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Teams, Zoom.
- Position Type: 3 -6 months, Temp to hire possible.
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00am to 4:30pm
- Location: Downtown, Ward Avenue
- Parking: not available in building, nearby lots available starting at $8/day. May subsidize for certain lots
- Pay: $22/hr. may be negotiable depending on experience
