Bishop & Company is seeking an Admin Assistant to help support a VP in a large healthcare establishment in the downtown, Honolulu area. 
Administrative Assistant
Duties:
  • Supply ordering
  • Answering phones
  • Fax, triaging as appropriate
  • Expense management
  • Travel booking
  • Calendaring
Requirements:
  • Clerical experience, customer service, or hospital/medical office experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Teams, Zoom.
Additional Information:
  • Position Type: 3 -6 months, Temp to hire possible.
  • Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00am to 4:30pm 
  • Location:  Downtown, Ward Avenue
  • Parking: not available in building, nearby lots available starting at $8/day. May subsidize for certain lots
  • Pay: $22/hr. may be negotiable depending on experience
