An aerospace company that has been in business for over 30 years is looking for some Temporary Administrative help to get caught up on office tasks. They have a fun, employee-centric environment with a strong safety culture.
In this full-time, Temporary Admin role, you will be responsible for scanning, filing, organizing and assisting in various clerical duties. This role is expected to last about 4 months.
Temporary Admin Job Duties:
- Scanning Documents
- Filing
- Organizing
- Data entry
- Other administrative tasks as needed
You'll be successful in this role if you have strong attention to detail, enjoy putting your organizational skills to the test, and are reliable.
Pay: $20-$21
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm
Temporary Admin Job Requirements:
- 1-2 year+ of professional admin experience
- Computer skills (experience with MS Office Suite)
- Strong attention to detail
