Job Responsibilities
- Provide afternoon/evening support to students online, synchronous, flex, and hybrid courses
- Follow up on online course alerts in student retention system.
- Assist in the administration of SCCOnline Online platforms including D2L, Honorlock, and Panopto.
- Assist in updating the SCCOnline Learning Tutorial and other support resources.
- Assist faculty and staff as needed.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
High school diploma and at least one year of college experience.
Preferred Qualifications
-Associate degree or higher.
-Work and/or educational experience in education, IT support, customer service, instructional --design, training, media production, or related area.
-Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Teams, and the Internet.
-Experience using D2L Brightspace or similar learning management system.
