A local distributor of a popular trading card game will be releasing card packs and they need several workers to help sort the new cards! The position is from Tuesday, April 2nd through Tuesday, April 9th - with the weekend off. We are in need of additional support staff for Monday, April 8th and Tuesday April 9th
In this role, you will sort cards into trays and stack the filled trays onto storage carts. This temporary project offers a laid-back environment where you can sit or stand, listen to music, and enjoy sorting a variety of cards!
Don't worry if you don't have any prior card sorting experience – comprehensive training will be provided. This is a great opportunity for anyone with good visual attention to detail to join a fun project and make some extra money!
Card Sorter Job Duties:
- Open foil packs of cards and sort into designated categories
- Handle product with care
- Pay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy in sorting
- Discard wrapping and packaging in appropriate receptacles
Your ability to stay focused and do repetitive work quickly and accurately with a positive attitude will make you a terrific Card Sorter!
6-Day Work Schedule: Tuesday, April 2nd - Tuesday, April 9th: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (1 hour lunch break!) Tuesday April 9th: 9:30am-6:30pm
- You will not need to work Saturday 4/6 or Sunday 4/7
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Card Sorter Job Requirements:
- At least 6 months of previous work experience in a customer service, retail, warehouse, or general labor role
- Physically able to sit and/or stand for 8 hour work shifts
- A track record of reliable attendance and seeing projects through to completion
- Ability to read and understand written instructions and information on cards
