MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Seek new business by presenting, selling, and cross-selling bank products
• Open and have the ability to quickly learn all types of deposit accounts, ensuring that applicable regulations, disclosures, policies, and procedures are observed
• Process customer transactions; verify and balance cash drawer
• Meet or exceed established customer service standards to enhance the customer experience
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to quickly learn the bank’s products and services, policies and procedures, and bank regulations
• Ability to match customer needs to our products and services and to complete all necessary steps in opening accounts
• Ability to cross-sell the bank’s products and services

• Excellent customer service skills; able to handle customers and difficult situations in a professional manner and to remain calm under stressful situations
• A team player, willing to help wherever needed
• Ability to earn repeat business
• Requires high school diploma or GED plus additional bank-related training; 4 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
WORK SCHEDULE: This full-time position is scheduled for approximately 37-40 hours per week, M-F.
