Description:

TheTelesales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth in an assigned area. With the initial support of a Senior Business Development Representative, handles demos and fields service questions. Will also communicate with clients regarding new products and coordinate with the Product & Marketing department to execute integrated marketing and sales campaigns.
First Corporate Solutions (FCS) focuses on selling risk management and due diligence services. Our solutions include a cloud-based compliance tool which allows for UCC & Lien Searching, Online UCC Filing, Online UCC Portfolio Management System, Litigation Research and Lien/Court Monitoring, selling to captive financials, asset-based lenders, credit unions and commercial banks.


We are seeking a Hunter, not an Account Manager (Farmer). The candidate must be self-motivated and hands-on in establishing and defining sales processes and strategies to achieve FCS’ new label business goals. Other activities include communicating with clients about new product announcements and coordinating with the Product & Marketing department to execute integrated marketing and sales campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

  • Develop sales plans and strategies that will achieve new label revenue goal and execute these plans through cold calling, qualifying, and meeting virtually with new prospects
  • Create and define sales pipeline processes to ensure smooth prospect/client experience
  • Utilize proprietary software to manage sales activities and generate reports to reflect quantity and quality of sales activities, in a timely manner
  • Understand the complexity of selling cloud solutions and services to financial professionals (business to business environments) to target credit unions, captive financials, banks, asset-based lenders, and organizations that manage commercial lending transactions
  • Create detailed sales proposals, cost analysis, and participate in contract negotiation
  • Report findings of interactions with prospects and clients to the marketing department and present sales successes and losses during sales huddles
  • Share information with marketing and product departments to contribute to product and marketing strategy
  • Manage sales and marketing campaigns and events and ensure attendance by prospective clients
  • Establish relationships with industry-specific associations and attend events when requested
  • Communicate FCS' competitive advantage to customers in a compelling, articulate manner in speech, writing and formal presentation
  • Develop professional and positive relationships with customers and maintain a reputation of competence, integrity, and professionalism
Requirements:
  • Four-year college degree
  • At least two years of Telesales experience in a business-to-business environment
  • Prior accountability for revenue generation and proven track record for meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Selling complex cloud solutions and services
  • Understanding sales processes and pipelines
  • Demonstrated field and consultative style sales techniques
  • Fluency in the English language (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to travel (air and car)
  • Positive attitude while working with limited resources
  • Disciplined in working from home or remote office/location
  • Sales experience in selling cloud solution to financial organizations preferred
  • Product and promotional pricing strategy experience preferred
  • Must be a hunter NOT an account manager
