If so, we want you to join our team as a Telesales Executive based in Stockton on Tees.

\n

Overview:

\n

You will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding customer base through proactive outbound calling. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, promoting our products and services, and closing sales deals to achieve revenue targets.

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote our packaging solutions.

\n

• Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

\n

• Utilise effective sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales deals.

\n

• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in a CRM system.

\n

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.

\n

Requirements:

• Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is , but not required.

\n

• Excellent communication skills with a confident and persuasive telephone manner.

\n

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

\n

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage.
