Responsibilities:
- Promoting and selling a wide variety of services to business owners across the country: including websites, online marketing, social media services, etc. to help them be successful
- Contacting existing customers to upsell additional services to help their business grow
- Provide top-notch customer service
- Maintain a professional work environment
Qualifications & Abilities:
- Strong communication skills - written, phone and face-to-face
- Excels at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing efforts
- Superb time management skills
- Ability to manage leads and opportunities
- Identify sales opportunities through discovery questions
- Hard-working when no one is looking
- Persistence and ability to follow up
- Tech-savvy or eagerness to become tech-savvy
- Sales experience preferred, but not required
- Attend trade shows as needed
