Overview: M-F, 9-5 work from home position. Laptop and cell phone provided. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our team's efforts to attract and hire top talent. You'll be responsible for proactive sourcing, building diverse and impactful candidate pipelines, and identifying innovative channels to expand our reach.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing:
- Proactively identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
- Utilize company queries to make calls.
- Collect and turn in new hire paperwork.
- Candidate Engagement:
- Engage with potential candidates through phone calls. Approximately 100-200 calls per day
- Screen resumes and cover letters to identify top candidates for interview consideration.
- Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Pipeline Building:
- Create and manage talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Schedule Initial Interviews With Recruiters
Develop and implement sourcing metrics and reports to track progress and effectiveness.
