We are an inbound 24x7 Call Center located on Regent St. We field calls for a variety of businesses, such as: property management, dental clinics, municipal utilities, small businesses, and more.
We are currently seeking applicants for multiple openings.
First Shift: 8 AM - 4 PM
Second Shift: 3 PM - 11 PM
Shifts will include weekends AND holidays.
Starting at $19.00 Hour
In this role you will:
- Begin in our "easy" call class, with the opportunity to move up to more difficult calls as you progress
- Handle incoming calls unique to each client
- Collect relevant caller data to assist with the call
- Answer questions or direct the call, all based on the script from the client
- Take messages
- Dispatch calls
- Perform clerical or administrative duties
- Perform other duties as assigned
To ensure that we continue to provide award-winning customer service, qualified applicants will possess:
- Keyboard: Typing minimum 30 words per minute
- Excellent phone skills / etiquette
- Proven attention to detail and listening skills
- Prior call center experience is beneficial
- Reference from prior supervisor
