🎯 Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Cardiac Vigilance: Monitor heart rhythms, interpret ECGs, and take swift action during emergencies.
- All-Encompassing Care: Coordinate and deliver therapeutic and administrative services tailored to our patient's needs.
- Age Spectrum: Offer impeccable care to patients aged 16 and above, ensuring stability and safety.
- Continual Growth: Build on your foundation with specialized knowledge in step-down care and cardiac monitoring.
🔧 Must-Have Tools in Your Kit:
- Degree: Diploma, ADN, or BSN from a recognized nursing school.
- License: Current RN license (Missouri or Multistate).
- Certifications: BLS on hire; ACLS within a year.

- Monitor & Intervene: Assess acute changes in patients, interpreting ECGs, noting arrhythmias, and stepping in during emergencies.
