• Location:  Richmond, VA
• Schedule: Full Time, Mixed Shifts (7p-7a), including Weekend & Holiday Rotations
• Nurse to Patient Ratio: 4:1 for personalized patient care
• Monthly Department Volume: 300 patients per month

Your Role: Responsibilities

• 🩺 Provide care in a Cardiac Telemetry Unit with a strong focus on cardiac, respiratory, renal, trachs, pegs, and wound care.
• 🌟 Opportunities to move to specialized units like cath lab/OR, ICU.
• 📈 Engage in continuous education and self-development.

We Value:

• 🎓 Education: Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing (required), BSN or current enrollment in a BSN program (preferred).
• 📜 Licensure/Certifications: Valid Virginia RN license (required), BLS (required), ACLS and PALS (preferred), TNCC (preferred).
• 🏥 Experience: 1 year of nursing experience, ideally in acute care ER environment.
