Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Telemedicine Physician with a specialization in Weight Loss to join our dynamic team and help us roll out our new brand, named TMATES. We are looking for physicians whom can manage and oversee their own nurse pod that is assigned to them or that they currently work with so that we can help them with the daily work load.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive virtual consultations to evaluate patients' health status, Weight Loss goals, and potential barriers to success.

- Develop personalized weight management plans that may include diet, exercise, behavior modification strategies, and pharmacotherapy, based on the latest clinical guidelines and evidence-based practices.

- Monitor patients' progress through regular follow-up appointments, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

- Prescribe Weight Loss medications as appropriate, adhering to state and federal regulations.

- Provide education and support to patients, empowering them to make informed decisions about their health.

- Stay abreast of the latest Weight Loss treatments and telehealth technologies advancements.

Qualifications:

- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.

- Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Endocrinology) with additional training or experience in weight management and obesity medicine preferred.

- Active medical licenses in multiple states, or the ability to obtain such licenses.

- Strong background in telehealth or willingness to undergo training.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and work collaboratively in a remote team environment.

- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and telemedicine platforms.
