- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and leads in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a pleasant and persuasive phone manner.
- Ability to quickly build rapport and establish a connection with potential customers.
