• Qualify leads by gathering essential information such as homeowners' needs, budget, and timeline for home improvement projects.
• Educate prospective customers about the benefits and features of our products and services.
• Schedule appointments for our sales representatives to meet with interested homeowners.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and leads in our CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a pleasant and persuasive phone manner.
• Ability to quickly build rapport and establish a connection with potential customers.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to exceed targets and goals.
• Comfortable working independently and remotely from a home office environment.
