We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Outbound Sales Caller (Telemarketer) to join our dynamic team with The Degnan Group at Key Realty. As a Telemarketer, you will play a pivotal role in generating leads and promoting our real estate services through outbound sales calls. If you're a self-starter with excellent communication skills, enjoy speaking with people, and are motivated by the opportunity to earn $15 an hour + bonuses, this is the perfect job for you.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Make outbound sales calls to potential clients using a provided script.

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions and lead progress.

- Follow up on potential leads to nurture and convert them into clients.

- Achieve daily and weekly call quotas to ensure productivity.

- Participate in training and skill development sessions to enhance your performance.

**Qualifications:**

-Need to have a laptop and cell phone.

- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus but not mandatory; we will provide training.

- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.

- Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.

- Ability to follow a script and adapt it to potential clients' needs.

- Basic computer skills to maintain records and manage leads.
