Position Overview:
We are small private practice that is excited to be expanding. We are excited to offer opportunities to therapists that are fully licensed to join the team. Clinicial supervisors or those able to supervise are welcome to apply and opportunities for supervision are available at a competetive rate.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Telehealth Sessions: Provide mostly individual therapy sessions to clients using secure and confidential virtual platforms. Couples, adolescent and family therapy opportunities are available as well.
- Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct initial biopsychosocial intakes for clients' Mental Health needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans using an intuitive and easy-to-use EHR platform.
- Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and other necessary documentation in compliance with state regulations.
- Ethical Practice: Adhere to professional and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality, informed consent, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Continuing Education: Continuing educaiton/training is provided to clinicians to enhance knowledge base, competency and fight burnout
- Client Advocacy: Advocate for clients' well-being and provide resources and referrals as needed to support their overall Mental Health.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Therapist: Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or related field in the state of New Jersey.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Empathy and Compassion: Demonstrate ability to empathize with clients, create a safe therapeutic environment, and build strong therapeutic alliances.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with technology, including proficiency in using virtual platforms for telehealth services.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a virtual therapeutic environment and remain flexible in response to clients' diverse needs.
- Compliance: Knowledge of and adherence to the legal and ethical standards governing Mental Health practice in New Jersey.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
