Telehealth/ hybrid Outpatient Therapist-LCSW, LPC, LMFT

At Evolve Pro Therapy we’re looking to increase access to quality mental health services and we’re looking for other talented independently licensed therapists to join our team! 

We are a small private therapy practice located in King of Prussia, PA providing Telehealth and in-person therapy services in the state of Pennsylvania.

We are a supportive group that values your goals and creativity. Clinicians are welcome to create and facilitate group therapy, explore new EBP/modalities. All niches are encouraged to apply!

We’re looking to hire two new clinicians as outpatient therapists. This position has the option of W2 employee or contractor 1099, your choice! This position can be performed remote, in-person, or blending of both with a completely flexible schedule. 

This position requires a minimum 8 client hours weekly which could include daytime, evening or weekend.

Job Type: Contract or W2

Pay: $55.00 - $70.00 per hour (depending on caseload volume)

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in King of Prussia, PA 19406

Responsibilities:

• Provide evidenced based therapeutic interventions, treatment to clients as appropriate in-person or via our HIPAA compliant platform
• Collaboration with clients to develope, implement and review treatment plans
• Be committed to delivering ethical and culturally responsible care
• Maintain timely clinical documentation in our EHR platform.
• Available to maintain an 8 or more client caseload weekly which could include daytime, evening or weekend availability.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with community mental health resources 
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to maintain minimum caseload of 8 per week.
• Some evening or weekend hours maybe need to meet clients’ needs.
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields providing therapeutic interventions to clients
• Master’s or doctorate degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology or Other Related Mental Health discipline.
• Unrestricted, current license in the state of Pennsylvania (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, )
