Job Summary
One of California's premier medical service organizations is looking for an experienced full-time Telehealth Care Coordinator to join our team. As a member of the Telehealth team, you will work on-site in the office while providing the highest quality patient services virtually through our portal. Responsibilities:
- The Care Coordinator effectively communicates, manages, and organizes all aspects of the patient encounter to ensure the optimal patient care experience.
- Provide administrative support for telehealth daily operations, including triaging intake
- questions to team members and collecting/entering patient data.
- Provide administrative and operational support across telehealth programs, serving as facility and medical provider liaison.
- Lead scheduling components related to the telehealth program, including maintaining a calendar and sending reminders.
- Assist with broader operational activities, including scheduling appointments, light scribe duties, assisting with completing documentation, and completing office-related tasks (copying, etc.) as needed.
- Assist with quality improvement implementation.
- Assist with other duties as needed.

- Protect the confidentiality and security of patient information and adhere to HIPPA regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Additional education or certification in medical billing and/or credentialing is preferred.
- Must be able to pass all background checks
- Current BLS Certificate required.
- A Medical Assistant Certificate from an accredited Medical Assistant program is required.
