The Telecommunications Procurement Manager plays a pivotal role in our company, ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services essential for the ongoing rollout of our telecommunications network. Key Responsibilities:

- Forge and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers specializing in telecommunications products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure advantageous terms, with a focus on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with the network planning and engineering teams to understand technical requirements and ensure procurement strategies support network rollout plans.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements in the telecommunications sector.
- Lead the procurement team in managing the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring all materials are procured on time and within budget.
- Implement rigorous supplier evaluation and risk management practices to ensure a resilient and reliable supply chain.
- Manage procurement policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards specific to the telecommunications industry.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager in the telecommunications industry, with a strong understanding of the technical aspects of telecommunications networks.
- Expert knowledge of the global telecommunications market, including suppliers, products, and emerging technologies.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships within the telecommunications sector.
