How You Will Make an Impact
- Telecommunications Administrator will perform moves, adds, and changes within telecommunications platforms.
- Monitor telecommunications Service Desk ticket queue for new or open service requests.
- Telecommunications Administrator will review call recordings for sensitive data and scrub as needed.
- Provide hands-on assistance and troubleshoots all phone equipment failures and service issues.
- Telecommunications Administrator will manage tickets with multiple vendors, including service carriers for TFN, DID’s and POTS lines.
- Serve as primary contact for affiliate partners.
- Telecommunications Administrator will place phone equipment orders, verify, organize, and sort deliveries of ordered equipment.
- Perform daily checkups/maintenance/support of all telephony applications and platforms.

What You Bring to the Table
- A high school/general education diploma required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- 1-3 years of previous experience working in Telecommunications or similar field.
- Must be willing to learn Linux.
- Experience with formal change management.
- Experience with diagnostic tools.
- Experience using software applications (like Visio) to build network and telecom diagrams a must.
- Previous experience supporting call center environments preferred.
