How You Will Make an Impact

  • Telecommunications Administrator will perform moves, adds, and changes within telecommunications platforms.
  • Monitor telecommunications Service Desk ticket queue for new or open service requests.
  • Telecommunications Administrator will review call recordings for sensitive data and scrub as needed.
  • Provide hands-on assistance and troubleshoots all phone equipment failures and service issues.
  • Telecommunications Administrator will manage tickets with multiple vendors, including service carriers for TFN, DID’s and POTS lines.
  • Serve as primary contact for affiliate partners.
  • Telecommunications Administrator will place phone equipment orders, verify, organize, and sort deliveries of ordered equipment.
  • Perform daily checkups/maintenance/support of all telephony applications and platforms.

What You Bring to the Table

  • A high school/general education diploma required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • 1-3 years of previous experience working in Telecommunications or similar field.
  • Must be willing to learn Linux.
  • Experience with formal change management.
  • Experience with diagnostic tools.
  • Experience using software applications (like Visio) to build network and telecom diagrams a must.
  • Previous experience supporting call center environments preferred.
