Job Summary and Qualifications
We are seeking a Telecom Operator to provide exceptional customer service for the hospital while performing switchboard activities. You will work with a phenomenal team that cares like family and works together in a collaborative manner.
What will you do in this role?
- Greet callers with hospitality and professionalism
- Route incoming calls
- Operate the public address system
What qualifications will you need?
- Prior customer service or telephone experience is preferred
