Telecom Construction Field Supervisor – MTN Region

Position Summary

The Construction Field Supervisor is responsible for building client relationships, managing construction sites, and optimizing project performance. Primary responsibilities include planning, scheduling day-to-day site management, and overall execution with a focus on safety, quality, and cost. This role interfaces and works directly with crews, project managers, clients, and executive management. Telecom experience is required.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Oversees construction sites in the mountain states to ensure a high level of quality and safety.

· Assists customers and homeowners with complaints and restoration concerns.

· Guarantees that all work is performed in accordance with approved documents and procedures.

· Ensures that the project is completed in a timely, efficient, and safe manner.

· Lead and direct ground crews daily.

· Develops redline and daily reports.

· Monitors schedule updates.

· Maintains cleanliness of job sites, company equipment, and vehicles.

· Daily inspections of company vehicles, equipment, and job sites.

Qualifications

• 5 years of underground and aerial telecom experience is required.
• Construction field supervision experience is required.
• Risk assessment/management.
• Leadership skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Administrative policies and procedures.

Requirements:

· Must be able to lift 75-100 pounds.

· Must have a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

· Travel is required.

· Verifiable business references required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
