SalaryPRIMARY FUNCTION:
In cooperation with the Director of Teen Services, this position ensures an inclusive environment by helping to plan, implement, supervise and evaluate all programs and activities provided for youth in the teen program at the Johnsonville Club Teen Center.
KEY ROLES (Essential Job Responsibilities):
§ Ensure programs, services and activities are implemented that prepare youth for success, promoting safety of members and quality in programs at all times.
§ Provide guidance and role modeling to members ensuring an inclusive environment.
§ Ensure quality improvement by monitoring and evaluating program achievement against target goals, recommending modifications that respond to member needs and interests and participating in staff meetings. Establish and maintain outcome-based programs.
§ Maintain a safe environment by implementing behavior support policies and procedures and using trauma informed care practices.
§ Responsible for daily oversight of Teen Center operations.
§ Maintain accurate records for reporting purposes.
§ Ensure member success by keeping open communication with all of the support people in their lives.
§ Manage facilities and maintain an inventory of all program equipment and supplies in good order. Recommend requisitions as necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
