The role you’ll contribute:
The Technology Support Specialist will administer, maintain, monitor, support and repair the Credit Union’s website, social media, and mobile applications. Will work with the IT Manager to perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and provide assistance to end users. Oversees new electronic services and technology projects. Serves as the backup to the Credit Union Department Information Systems (IS) Coordinator for AdventHealth. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

Ability to handle multiple priorities and issues to facilitate appropriate deployment of system escalation, resources, and Credit Union support in a timely manner or within deadlines. A self-motivator who readily accepts new tasks and projects.
- Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance and other regulations and laws related to the position.
- Comprehensive knowledge of and experience with Micro Soft operating systems and application software being used to provide support to employees and members. Ability to resolve, coordinate, monitor, and document information technology projects to accomplish goals and objectives. Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve equipment and operating system issues. Knowledge of Website hyperlinks, anchors, and Hyper Text Markup Language.
- Excellent communication skills to include written and verbal. Strong sense of accountability and follow through.
- Ability to pass credit union insurance bond check.
