What does the Technology Solutions Partner - Sales do at Swire Coca-Cola?
Acting as a liaison between sales teams, digital strategy, commercial marketing, and IT you will be integrated into day-to-day operations for specific business functions to better understand the root cause of challenges and opportunities. You will leverage your knowledge of our tech stack, architecture standards, and application inventory to help identify strategic solutions to business challenges. You will help both business units and IT ensure we are pursuing solutions which support our company's strategic goals with high-value business outcomes. Additionally, Technology Solutions Partners will engage with the internal Operational Excellence and with a multi-bottler community to help leverage best practices and maintain awareness of industry trends. Responsibilities:
- Partner with business units supported to understand their org structure, business functions, processes, challenges, goals and KPIs.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business challenges to identify root cause of paint points and opportunities.
- Assess the potential solutions to guide specific technology and architecture directions as appropriate for business units.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and emerging technology and sharing this understanding with internal and external stakeholders.
- Design high-level Technology Solutions to meet the business outcomes and support IT objectives.
- Advocate agile/Scrum practices across the organization. This will include facilitating agile project efforts, creating backlog items (epics, features, user stories) to support business needs, and providing agile/Scrum mentoring support.
- Facilitate recurring reviews (including current efforts and prioritization of potential future work) with business leaders. Providing expertise to help the business prioritize efforts which will support strategic goals.
- Project management leading collaborative project teams, scoping, planning, identifying risks & risk mitigation strategies, removing roadblocks/barriers, tracking budget adherence, meeting facilitation, providing project status updates, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Information Systems required.
- 6+ years Experience managing IT-related projects or products including large enterprise IT initiatives required.
- 2+ years Experience operating as a Technology Solutions Manager/liaison between IT and business to help drive technology strategy required.
- 2+ years Experience using Scrum PM methodologies either as a SCRUM Master or Product Owner required.
- 2+ years Experience in beverage/food industry or CPG preferred.
